Sport Arena
Students build fitness, teamwork, and confidence through a wide range of dynamic activities. Options include yachting, football, capoeira, judo, hip-hop dance, rhythmic gymnastics, and more. Secondary students even have access to the Aris FC Academy for football.

Using Polar technology, every Trinity student receives a personalised Athletics Profile tracking physical activity, heart rate dynamics, recovery patterns, and emotional indicators. This is a tool for self-awareness, not comparison — helping students see how their body adapts and how resilience builds over time.
Athletics 360 is also fully integrated with the IB curriculum, connecting sport with Biology (muscles, oxygen), Physics (force, motion), Psychology (motivation, resilience), and Ethics (teamwork, leadership). One of the programme’s most memorable highlights is the Akamas EcoTour — a two-day expedition to Cyprus’s Akamas National Park, where students hike, navigate, camp overnight, and reflect around an evening campfire.

Each camp blends science, art, sport, and languages into an immersive experience where children develop soft skills, confidence, and a proactive mindset — all with no gadgets, just real-life discoveries and new friendships. At the close of each session, children present a final project, giving parents a front-row seat to how much their child has grown.
